The following outline is a typical wedding reception's "order of events". All weddings are unique and your special day is completely customizable.
First Hour (45 minutes to an hour):
- Cocktails
- Photographs
Your guests are mingling and enoying cocktails, hors d' oeuvres, conversation and light background music while the wedding party and immediate family have formal photographs taken...
Second Hour (1 to 1-1/2 hours):
- Wedding Party Introduction
- Bride & Groom's First Dance
- Father Daughter Dance
- Mother Son Dance
- Wedding Party Dance
- Champagne Toasts
Your guests begin to enter into the main dining area following a polite announcement by your DJ MC and are seated... Your Master of Ceremony introduces the wedding party as a procession begins lead by the bride's parents, then the groom's parents, followed by the flower girl and ring bearer, followed by the bridesmaids and groomsmen, then the best man and maid of honor, and finally the bride and groom... J.D. gracefully guides your wedding reception in elegance and friendly formality, as your evening continues to unfold... Your guests gaze in adoration as bride and groom share their first dance... The photographer and videographer capture the first dances of the evening... Moments pass and the best man is introduced and he toasts the wedding couple... The maid of honor toasts and if your officiant is present they recite a prayer before before dinner...

- Open Dancing For Guests
- Bride and Groom's Last Dance of The Evening
- Bride and Groom's Grand Exit
As the reception progresses, your DJ MC invites eligible ladies to the dance floor for the exciting bride's bouquet toss to see who will be married next... The groom then gently removes the bride's garter and tosses it to eligible bachelors... This lovely wedding reception continues through the evening and concludes with the Grand Exit as bride and groom begin their honeymoon evening...
